RELIEF FROM AUDIT REQUIREMENT

Companies with financial year ends ending on or after 1 May 2011 to 30 June 2012, need to ensure that they have amended their existing Articles of Association to ensure that they can make use of certain provisions of the new Companies Act, 2008.  Click here for more information

RETURN OF EARNINGS FORM DEADLINE EXTENDED

The 2011 W.As 8 return for COIDA was scheduled for submission by 31 March 2012, but due to problems the Department of Labour was not able to issue the required forms to Employers in time. The deadline submission for the 2011 return has therefore now been extended to 31 May 2012.
