This return must reflect the amount of earnings paid to staff, directors and also include any free food or quarters provided to staff during this year. The average number of employees must also be stated.
Late rendition may result in a penalty being levied upon assessment of this return. Please contact the Department of Labour on 086 010 5350 for a copy of the W.As8 return, should you not have received this via normal mail by mid March 2013, but online registrations are preferred – Registration can be done at https://roe.labour.gov.za/DolRegistrationWeb/landing.html
We would be happy to assist you if you have any questions about this return.
Our payroll systems provide accurate monthly payslips and reports required for the monthly/annual statutory returns (EMP201 and WCA), along with electronic IRP5s at the end of the tax year for your employees – no manual calculations required!

Hello your help would be greatly appreciated as I have also sent Workmens Comp emails but they haven’t even read my emails. I submitted our return on-line and now I can’t get a copy of it on-line, but the invoice has arrived via email and I am required to pay in 30Days. There is however a PDF form on the net stating I can take off 10% off for payment within 30 Days but it doesn’t reflect on the Invoice. My last question is, I have only just received the Invoice for 2011/2012 – ( I submitted this manual last year) and paid it on the 08.03.12 and now I have to paid again by the 16th of May for the next one 2012/2013. I thought it would only be issued next year like all the others.
i have tried on numerous occassions to obtain access to the ROE system yet it keeps on asking for the CF number, is that the reference number that i normally use for submissions, if so its not working at all. i need to get hold of the call centre but its engaged 24/7??? how do i get this done if nobody can assist me? this is such a waste of time!!!

Hi Juanita
I’ve been trying to submit my RoE for a while now but keep getting a message “Unknown fault: Server Error” error message after hitting the submit button.
Do you have any idea how to get around this as I cannot get hold of anyone at the Dept of Labour either on the 0860 105 3500 number or any of their email addresses.
I would appreciate your help on this
