ICT Sector Code just released Gazette 40407 7th November 2016

The Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Rob Davies, issued the Amended Information and Communication Technology Sector Code (“the ICT Sector Code”) on 7th November 2016. Details of the impact of the Code on your business if you fall into the broadcasting, electronics, information technology and telecommunications sub-sectors will follow.
The Amended ICT Sector Code will apply to the verification of measurement periods post 7th November 2016.
