I have been struggling since before end May to submit my ROE and only today have been successful. I can see that the web site has been updated. Each time I tried I got through to old site. Now there is a 10% penalty added. Am I responsible for this?

    • MDACC says:

Please contact the Department of Compensation directly to request a waiver of penalties levied.

When does the ROE for 2019 need to be submitted. I have tried to submit on the website but the option for 2019 does not exist. If I have submitted and paid for 2018 does this mean that I am up to date?
I am so confused and cannot reach the Office of the Compensation Commissioner as nobody picks up the telephone.
