A reminder that this is the second year of the IT3D declaration. Public Benefit Organisations (PBO’s) that issue a Section 18A certificate must disclose the full details of those Section 18A certificates to SARS as a third-party provider of information. The deadline to submit the Section 18A certificates under an IT3D is 30 May 2025.
