Looking back on my journey, I’m reminded that growth is never achieved alone. Every challenge, opportunity, and lesson has been shaped by the incredible people who have supported, encouraged, and believed in me. To my supportive husband Jandre Wichers, the partners, mentors, colleagues, clients, family, and friends who have been part of this journey—thank you. Your trust and support have meant more than you know.
This promotion is a milestone I’m truly proud of, but it also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Stepping into this role during such a transformational time for our firm, makes the opportunity even more meaningful. I’m also excited to begin the RCA Programme, which I see as another opportunity to learn, grow, and continue developing as a leader alongside an exceptional team.
As I take on this new role, I do so with gratitude and a genuine passion for continuing to learn, lead, and make a positive impact—for our clients, our people, and the future of our firm.
