The Construction Sector Council has announced that the DTI has signed off the final Gazette that will be published on Friday 8th December 2017.
The Announcement confirms that the Code is substantially the same as the version published for public comments in October 2016.
Interestingly, Rating Agencies are required to send copies of their BEE Certificates and Scorecards to the Sector Council and the use of affidavits for EME’s is significantly restricted.
