ARE YOU AN ACCOUNTABLE INSTITUTION REGISTERED WITH FIC?
DEADLINE FOR ACCOUNTABLE INSTITUTIONS TO SUBMIT RMCP MANUAL – 12 MARCH 2025
We draw your attention to the notice issued by the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) requesting all Accountable Institutions (AI’s) to submit the latest copy of their Risk Management and Compliance Programme (RMCP) manual by Wednesday, 12 March 2025.
Failure to comply with this request in terms of section 42(4)(a) of the FIC Act, within the requested time period, will constitute non-compliance and may lead to administrative sanctions being imposed, including a financial penalty in terms of section 45C of the FIC Act.
