MD’s new electronic signature process

In line with the new POPIA and IRBA requirements and in our move towards a more paperless and efficient environment, we are now making use of Adobe Sign where documents are signed electronically.
You will receive an email from MD Accountants and Auditors that originates from an email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will need to click on “Review and sign” and will then be prompted where to sign. Your signature will be digitally protected and secure.
Once the document has been signed by all parties, you will receive a signed copy immediately and directly for your records.
